Adelaide, get ready to bring the energy again on Sunday, 15 March! We’re excited to see you at the beautiful Wigley Reserve, the ultimate setting for a day filled with movement, connection and making a difference.

Walk, jog, run, dress to impress or aim for your personal best. However you take part you’ll be helping to beat dementia, your way. Bring your loved ones, workmates, and even your four-legged friends, and let’s make this our most unforgettable year yet!

It's time to get active and beat dementia. Simply purchase your tickets, set up your fundraising page, share it with your friends and family and then join us at Wigley Reserve.

Whether you choose to take part in our 3km walk, a 6.5km walk/jog, the 10km timed run or push yourself in the elite 10km run (aiming to finish in under 60 minutes), you will be making the world better for the 433,300 Australians living with dementia.

You will find parking right near our event site, and street parking all around (please look out for local street signs for updated information).

Accessibility

Our event site is designed to be as accessible as possible. The course is flat and wide, with a paved walking path along the entire route for all distances. Accessible toilets will also be available on site.

Please note the following access limitations:

The course narrows through the weir section, which may be challenging for some participants.
There is a grassy area leading up to the start archway before reaching the paved path.
There are three accessible parking bays available; however, one is located further from the start line.
