It's time to get active and beat dementia. Simply purchase your tickets, set up your fundraising page, and then join us on Sunday, 25 May at Cathy Freeman Park.
Whether you choose to take part in our 2.5km Walk, a 5km Walk/Jog, or the 10km Timed Run, you will be making the world better for the 433,300 Australians living with dementia.

Accessibility
The course is wide and paved the entire way. Running course does have a slight incline and will get tight around the spiral.
Arch will be over the pathway, so don’t have to go on the grass.
Three dedicated accessible parking spots next to site available for an unlimited amount of time.
Limitations for this event include:
- Car parks are a fair walk away
- Concrete bollards will need to be maneuvered around behind the stadium
- Long course is not fully paved for the entire duration
