We're doing the Canberra Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds for the 433,300 Australian's living with dementia.
On Sunday, 22 February, DCHW Powerhouse Canberra ā bringing together Danielle Chesher Health & Wellness and Powerhouse Canberra ā will be taking part in the Canberra Memory Walk & Jog in support of Dementia Australia.

Across both organisations, we work closely with people at all stages of life ā including many older adults, clients living with dementia, and those caring for partners, parents, and loved ones. Through this work, we see firsthand that dementia doesnāt just affect individuals; it impacts families, friendships, and entire communities.

For many of us in the DCHW Powerhouse Canberra team, this cause is deeply personal. We each carry our own stories of how dementia has touched our lives, and those experiences are what motivate us to take action and support this cause.
