I'm raising money for the 433,300 Australians living with dementia.

On Sunday, 15 March, I'm taking part in Adelaide's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.

Please make a donation to support my efforts and help us reach our goal to beat dementia.

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But we can change this.

All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.

Together we can achieve a lot. Your donation would mean the world to me.

Moving Along

Over the past week, Banksy and I have been working on his reactivity in preparation for the walk. It has been a learning curve for both of us!

Taking the time to settle ourselves and focus on one thing at a time during our walks, has been a game changer and an amazing way to bond even further.

Having this walk as a purpose to work towards, has been the most centering part and I can't wait to see how much more we can grow before the walk.

30 Days to Go!

It's almost 30 days to go until our favourite walk of the year, and Banksy and I are about to start preparing. 

We are going to embark on 30 Days of Coregulation, to help us both feel a little less reactive and overwhelmed on the day.
