Help motivate John, Bella & I as we jog 5kms in memory of my Dad and help raise awareness about Dementia.

On Sunday, 23 February, I'm taking part in Canberra's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.

John, Bella and I will be jogging 5km's in memory of my Dad. As well as to help raise awareness about the devastating impact for people living with dementia and their families.

Please make a donation to support my efforts and help us reach our goal to beat dementia.

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's second-leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But we can change this.

All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.

We did it!

5kms jogged and maybe a little walking. All in memory of my Dad, Jim who died following a devastating and long illness with Lewy Body Dementia. Taking part in Memory Walk & Jog helps raise awareness about Dementia, as well as to raise funds for Dementia Australia. There are estimated to be almost half a million Australians currently living with Dementia. Plus around 950,000 people living with Dementia in the UK.
