It’s on again and I need your support!
On Sunday, 24 March, I'm taking part in Adelaide's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australian's impacted by dementia.
My eldest son, Thomas, will also be running with me!
This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support. My Nanna suffered through this terrible disease and I know a lot of you can relate. My aim is get a new PB and run 10k under 45 minutes.
