Share my fundraising effort with your network and let's beat dementia, together.

Trying to use my 'running era' to do some good. People close to me know that this one hits close to home. Please help if you can - and also support my first 5km!

On Sunday, 24 May, I'm taking part in Sydney's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia.

It's 4 days from my birthday, so please use this as an excuse, or reason, and gift this instead of me. Those close to me know that it's a cause close to my heart. I don't usually do these sorts of things but this seemed like a fated opportunity to do some good.

Please make a donation, only if you can, to help us reach our goal, and watch as I continue trying convince my body like that we like cardio now!

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But we can change this.

All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.

Together we can achieve a lot. Your donation would mean a lot, whatever size it may be.

Thanks for your support!
