Dementia Walk

Hi. I'm participating in the Memory Walk & Jog for Dementia Australia this Sunday. I'm walking with friends and we've all been impacted by this cruel disease. Dementia is a brain disease with varying effects, and impacts both the sufferer, family and carers.
