I'm raising money for my Dad, John Norman and the 433,300 Australians living with dementia.
When my dad John was 50 years old he was diagnosed with Early onset Dementia. He has spent the last 8-9 years suffering from that disease.
He can no longer remember who I am. This disease is devastating and cruel, it is also genetic. I have a 50/50 chance of ending up the same way my dad has.
Helping raise money for Dementia Australia is the best way to help spread awareness and fund support for those caring for loved ones with dementia.
Please help me honour my dad in the only way I know how.
Every donation counts.
On Sunday, 31 May, I'm taking part in Newcastle's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia.
