Running again with the whole fam in tow
I’m back running 10km for Dementia Australia in support of my Dad and everyone impacted by dementia. I still can’t say I love running (although the runner’s high after last year’s race was pretty euphoric).
It’s painful to watch someone you love live with Dementia, so putting my trainers back on feels like a small way to keep showing up and moving forward. And this year, my family is joining in. You might have heard from Ben that he's running a marathon 😆. A marathon it ain't but he and Jamie will be running the 4.5km loop, with Evie joyriding in the pram.
