I’ll be completing a MY Memory Walk & Ride to raise funds to support people with dementia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.

MY Memory Walk & Ride : We did it....with 3 days to go!

Well friends, this morning's ride tipped me just over my goal of 300kms. To be exact I've covered 302kms in 27 days, all with the best coach and training partner. 

From here it is bonus kms all the way!!

Massive thank you for the words of encouragement, generous donations to the cause and joining me for kms were possible.

MY Memory Walk & Ride : Half way update

We are nearly half way through the month and I've just ticked over 200kms of pedaling and walking in my quest to raise money for Dementia Australia. My body is feeling it! 

Huge thank you for the support and donations (my goal was exceeded within 48 hours - legends!), this will keep me moving.
