What to bring?
Comfy shoes and a change of socks, water and perhaps some hydration aid like Powerade, hat and sunscreen, bandaids and compede strips in case you get blisters, paracetamol, something to nibble on along the way, like fruit, muesli bars, nuts, protein balls, some thongs to slip into post-walk AND a happy smile and loads of conversation and don't forget to share your memories of family and friends, past and present, who have battled Dementia as well as those who have supported loved ones through this 💕
