We did it!!!
Late yesterday evening Chloe & I clocked up just over 8kms to complete our My Walk & Jog challenge. Im so proud of my young daughter for doing this with me. She kept up with me every step of the way. I hope I have shown her how important it is to help others whenever possible.Sandy Toes
Our walk was done bare foot along the beach this arve. We were joined by Dad & little brother. So relaxing to watch the waves as we went. Now for a Roast dinner, backyard fire & star gazing before bed.Rainbow record!
Yesterday while the car was booked in for a service, we took the opportunity to walk back home in the morning & out again to pick it up later in the afternoon. Chloe rode her scooter while I pushed Charlie in the pram. We managed to just miss the sun showers but caught a glimpse at 3 rainbows 🌈🌈🌈.Day 1 - Kites & Sand
Today we eased ourselves into this challenge with a walk along the beach near our house. We took the kite to fly & even fit in some time to play in the sand ⛱We're doing a MY Memory Walk to raise funds for people with dementia!
Together, Chloe & I will be completing a MY Memory Walk to raise funds to support people with dementia. We will be doing this in memory of Margaret (my Nana & Chloe's Great Grandma) and Mary (who was a grandmother figure for me). This cause is close to our hearts ❤
