The Memory Walk & Jog team along with Active Seniors are getting active behind the scenes to try and remain focused and positive, as we know keeping active leads to a healthy mind!


Active Seniors have done a get active series on how to get moving specifically for our Memory Walk & Jog participants!

We know being curdled up at home can tighten the muscles and make your body feel tense. So stretching is a good way to start your day! Check out the video below!

We had a blast creating these videos and hope you enjoy them as much as we did! We have created an Alphabet Challenge with various exercises you can do during isolation. Watch our videos and take on the challenge - you know you want to give it a try!
