How to add your Fitness Tracker

Track your fitness activity and continue to show the world you’re stepping up for people living with dementia through MY Memory Walk & Jog. It doesn't matter what activity you choose, you can still add your steps or kms to your Memory Walk & Jog page!

Here are the 5 steps to track your fitness through your Memory Walk & Jog page:

  1. Log in to the Memory Walk & Jog website
  2. Click on the “My Fitness Activity” button
  3. Set your target distance
  4. Connect your Fitbit or Strava fitness app
  5. Click "Save Changes".
