- Pick the time or day that suits you (avoid peak hours of people exercising)
- Plan where and how you will get active in your local area or home
(ensure you're following government regulations and guidelines)
- Lace up, and let’s do this together!Post your photos and show the world how we are stepping up for people living with dementia.
