Share my fundraising effort with your network and let's beat dementia, together.

I'm raising money for my Grandmother, Lesley and the 433,300 Australians living with dementia.

June 14th I'm taking part of a fundraiser for dementia and families affected.

In April 12th, 2024 I lost my grandmother to alzheimers. I was 4 when she was diagnosed and for the following decade it was a downhill battle with aged care homes and being a carer.

I watched my grandma go from forgetting simple steps to making a cup of tea to forgetting how to go to the toilet. The stages in between were apart of one of the slowest goodbyes I had to make.

Dementia is a neurocognitive disease affecting memory and functional capacity, affecting over 433,000 Australians and 1.7m families and carers.

My goal is to raise funds towards research for cures, educating facilities to accommodate patients with advanced dementia and provide counselling for families and personal carers affected.

With your help, any donations made will be one step closer to achieving my goal.
