Cannot count the weekend but hey a good day for walking today. And a good day to raise money for dementia research.

Day 6

Morning walk to raise money for dementia research

My day 5. Back from injuring my foot.

Injured my foot, woke with a consistent ache on day 5, and could not walk on my foot for a few days. So, easing my way back in today to add up some more km ;-))

Day 4

Sore calves lol but just pushed through as so taken with the fresh air, the freedom and the adventure involved.

Day 3

Beautiful morning out! Today I was not sore, just needed stretching.

Day 2

The distance is in miles. Yay, foreign watch trying to confuse me. I am taking a different route every day thanks to google maps. I have not been to the gym for months so my feet were sore at the start of my walk this morning, and other walkers looked legs ahead of me. Although the time I would spend in the gym each time is the same as each walk for me which is about an hour and a half. Thanks if you took the time to read my post.
