Green Head Community Association DIY Memory Walk & Jog

Green Head Community Association are hosting out 2nd Memory Walk and Jog during the Spring School Holidays and we are raising funds for people with dementia!

Join us on the 30 September for the Green Head Community Association DIY Memory Walk & Jog to help raise money for Dementia Australia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
