Help me raise money in honour of my Dad, Simon and the 400,000 Australian’s living with dementia.
This May will mark three years since Dad was diagnosed with Alzheimers disease. May is also the month that Dementia Australia will host their annual Memory Walk and Jog.
So whilst it’s not an anniversary to celebrate, it’s definitely a day to mark by raising awareness and much needed funds for Dementia Australia.
I will be participating in the event on 5th of May by running 10km in honour of my Dad and to help raise awareness of dementia and support for Dementia Australia.
Many of you generously contributed to my Run Melbourne fundraiser in July 2022. I would be grateful if you could support me again with a donation or by sharing my page.
All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure. My family has used some of these services and they are vital for the person suffering dementia and their family and caregivers.
