I’m doing a MY Memory Walk & Jog for my beautiful residents that I have the honour of helping to care for!

Dementia is something I hold near and dear to my heart. My Grandmother had dementia, and passed when I was 16 - and now as many of you know - I have the honour of working with those affected by dementia. I see how much it impacts an individual as well as their family. It is heartbreaking, and incredibly challenging. It takes a holistic approach to manage the symptoms caused by dementia and it is an incredibly complex condition. 

The funds raised will go directly to Dementia Australia to help support those affected.
