Dementia is common and hard. This is a small thing to do about it!
My Dad has been living with dementia and deteriorating for a fair few years now. It has had a colossal effect on my family.
I know that Dementia Australia is an incredible organisation through how their resources and helpline have helped us.
Myself, my brother and a whole lot of friends are going to get together to have a run and raise some money about it.
