Help me raise money in honour of my late Grandfather, Ronald Haywood (Pippy) and the 421,000 Australians living with dementia.

On Saturday, 24 May, I'm taking part in Redcliffe's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.

Please make a donation to support my efforts and help us reach our goal to beat dementia.

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's second-leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But we can change this.

All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.

Our story...

While doom scrolling fb, this cause for raising money for dementia research and support randomly popped up. It was fate. I'd been loosely looking for a fun run/walk to complete this year and this one landed in my lap and close to my families heart. 

Back in 2017 we lost a legend; our Pippy, to dementia. It's a terrible disease and hard to watch someone you love slowly lose themselves and not know who you are. 

So Noah, Kynan & myself have taken this opportunity to sign up for a 5km walk/jog  in honor of Pippy and help raise money for those families going through life with someone they love suffering dementia also.
