On Sunday, 24 May, I'm taking part in Sydney's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But we can change this.
All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.

💜 Supporting the Fight Against Dementia 💜
It’s that time again for our family and team to come together to raise awareness and funds for Dementia — a condition our Mom, and beloved Lola (Tagalog for Grandma), has been living with for the past nine years.
For the 6th year in a row, our families will be participating in the 5km walk/jog. This year is especially meaningful as my nephews, Jesse and Coen (aged 10 and 8), are proudly taking part for their third year running, showing that compassion and advocacy can start at any age.
Since Mom’s diagnosis, we have learned so much about Dementia — and we’ve also come to understand just how much remains unknown. We have seen firsthand the profound impact this disease has, not only on the person living with it, but on the family who loves and supports them.
That is why we continue to fundraise year after year — in the hope that ongoing research will lead to better understanding, treatment, and ultimately a cure.
We humbly ask for your prayers, support, and generosity. Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund vital research and brings us one step closer to answers for the many unanswered questions surrounding Dementia.
