Join Us As We Walk To Remember
This year's walk is going to hit a little harder than previous...
We still walk for Nan (mum's mum) who lost her fight with dementia 10 years ago this December.
And for dad's dad who I never really knew, taken by Alzheimers far too soon.
I will also be thinking of, and walking for, my beautiful baby girls - both of whom have grown their angel wings in the past 18 months, affected by canine cognitive dysfunction aka doggy dementia in their own horrible, heartbreaking ways 💔
I will also walk for my dear friends' Mumma who is fighting this awful fight right now - I cannot imagine the daily struggle.
We need to find a way to end this horrible disease - nobody deserves to go through the suffering it causes, whether they're the one fighting or the ones watching their loved ones slip away 😢
