Raising money for people with dementia
On Sunday, 25 May, I will be taking part in Sydney's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australians impacted by dementia.
This is a cause that is very close to my heart as it is something that I have become very involved in after caring for many people with dementia across my four years working with Hammondcare. Through this, I now understand the devastation and pressure that comes with caring for a loved one with this disease. Therefore, I would really appreciate and love your support in raising money for Dementia Australia. In doing so I hope this be a small help for people affected by this disease.
