I'm taking part in the Melbourne Memory Walk & Jog for my Dad Wayne and raising funds for people with dementia!

On Sunday 3rd of May my family and I will be taking part in the Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support people with dementia.
Last year my dad was diagnosed with a rare form of dementia at the young age of 56. This news turned our world upside down.
There is currently no cure and limited treatment options.
Dementia does not discriminate and our hope is to raise awareness for early onset dementia as it is so often seen as a disease that only affects the elderly.
With your help, our aim is to raise money to help Dementia Australia! We’d love you to sign up and join us for the big day. If you can’t make it, please give generously for a vital cause.
If you are not in the financial position to donate we ask that you spend some time learning about dementia (specifically early onset) as our main priority is to create awareness in the hope for a cure in the future.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.

Thank you for your support.
