How to go virtual
You can walk, jog, ride a bike, do any exercise wherever you possibly can think of on October 24. But please make sure you are following all of the government guidelines.
Here are some ideas you could do to keep active:
- Walk around your local neighbourhood
- Do a virtual workout at home
- Keep active by cleaning the house or gardening.
All you have to do is sign up!

How do I create or join a team?
When you first register there will be a section called ‘Create your page’. On the bottom of this page there is a section to create or join a team. Just follow the steps and you should be good to go!
If you have already registered, just search for the team. Click on the teams' fundraising page and then the yellow 'Join Team' button.
If you are already registered and want to create a brand new team, simply log in to your account go to your dashboard and then an option will appear to create a team. Simply follow the prompts and you're all set up.
