In the image above is myself visiting my Pop who has been in the hospital for over 3 months due to his struggle with dementia.
On Sunday, the 23 February, I am participating in Canberra's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support fellow Australians who have a family member impacted by dementia or are impacted by dementia themselves. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.
Dementia is Australia's second-leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australians will have dementia. But with your help we can change this.
All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.
