In honour of my Dad, Tony Norman, and everyone affected by Dementia, please support me in the 2024 Memory Walk.
Hi, my name is Belinda and my Dad, Tony, has Alzheimers. This last year has been an incredibly hard one as we had to get Dad into residential care due to his declining Alzheimers, sell his home in order to pay for care, pack up all his cherished belongings and get him settled into his new life. My sister and I both have our own health issues, so it has taken quite a toll on us. But we now have Dad in a lovely place and he is safe and happy.
On Sunday, 24 March, I'm taking part in Adelaide's Memory Walk & Jog to raise funds to support Australian's impacted by dementia. This is a cause close to my heart and I would love your support.

Not many people know, but dementia is Australia's second-leading cause of death. By 2058 it's expected that over 800,000 Australian's will have dementia. But we can change this.
All money I raise will support the work of Dementia Australia and help provide vital support services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to help find a cure.
