FamilyCare - Supporting Carers

We are ready for this Sunday!

The weather is set to be perfect for two laps of the Shepparton Lake, at a respectable time of 9am this Sunday! Of course, there will also be great company on the walk and it will be fantastic to have FamilyCare staff, volunteers, friends and family support this event.

 As you are aware, FamilyCare provide Carer Support to many people in our community, caring for people living with dementia. Funds raised will go towards providing vital services like counselling, support groups, education, and research to find a cure.

If you are unable to attend yourself, donating to our team is another way to provide support.

We're doing the Shepparton Walk, Jog or Run to raise funds for the 421,000 Australian's living with dementia.

On Sunday 4, May, we’ll be joining the Shepparton Memory Walk & Jog to show our love and help Dementia Australia.

And we need your support! 

Did you know that 1.5 million carers, family members and friends are involved in the care of someone living with dementia in Australia. That's why we're hoping to raise as much money as possible. We'll be walking, jogging, and running to stop dementia in its tracks.
